Made me think if you had one go in a time machine to see a gig - what would it be?

Early Elvis (or Million dollar quartet), The Doors at the Whiskey - something in a tiny venue or massive event Live aid / 8 - where when would you go?

thinking of setting up a music streaming account. Any recommendations as to which is best?

Have looked at Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer and Amazon. I’ve got Prime so tried using music with Prime but they mess around with Playlists unless you subscribe to unlimited. Also on Amazon it says Music Unlimited is £8.99 per month for Prime members but on the App if you look at upgrade it says £10.99 per month? Does this automatically adjust if you sign up?

His recent chat with lefty Mark Steel was a recent highlight.

Steel's What the F*** Is Going On is on-going, and his excellent In Town series is back on R4 (note the iPlayer eps are an extended 45 mins long).

BBC's Americast is back with new presenters (Justin Webb, Sarah Smith, Marianna Spring, The Zurch) - it's pretty good, but of course the main draw was Maitlis and Sopel, who have now gone rogue and started their own podcast The Newsagents, with a much broader remit (and all the better for it, given UK events of the last 2 weeks).
