That's brilliant ShaneC.

I'm still trying to make time to walk every day and cycling more. Had my first fall off the bike last week, hit a muddy kerb and sprawled over the path (and not the road). Bit of a scraped knee, but all okay.

Ouch, hope you heal soon, I've not been on my bike for some time as I hate riding on the roads but like going on cycle tracks.

Thanks, yeah knee's already healed. Now the day's are somewhat warmer and getting longer it's good to find time to get out in the fresh air (plus there are several parks near where I live). My cycling route takes in all cycle paths, so it's a safe way to get about.
