Moz is currently in Las Vegas. Here, he shares upbeat cheeky banter with band mates, followed by an excellent rendition of Speedway (one of my faves). Decent audio & video (lots more in the channel, including Smiths classics).
This is excellent... Although far from new.
Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour (2023) - In an effort to try to understand the Swifties phenomenon, I watched all 3.5 hrs of this in 20-30 min chunks over about 2 weeks. I'm not a fan, and only recognised 3 or 4 songs (from R2?)
Image quality is excellent, camera-work is superb, sound quality is decent enough, although the 5.1 mix is mediocre. As a big fan of live events, this really is superb entertainment overall, with incredible visuals and effects. I would have happily paid £100 to have been there for the experience (cost much more, I know). And what stamina, and what a gift to her fans! Puts so many other acts to shame.
BUT I thought the music was very mediocre. Plus, I don't understand the idea that she's such a positive role-model as most of the lyrics (subs on) seemed very passive to me, and not at all about feminist-empowerment (apart from smashing up the car routine ... euk, really Taylor?)
Lots about falling in love, getting dumped, hope he likes me, etc. I know it's teenage-relatable, but most times the message seemed at odds with the uptempo music. Surprised at the couple of F-bombs, too. Also surprising that, despite a series of mainly quite sexy outfits, she only flirted with 'sexy' on just a couple of deliberate occasions - I suppose that's the 'wholesome' description, when compared to the generally very sexualised industry.
Visual Highlights: the breathtaking ginormous snake (!), Taylor 'diving' into 'water', Taylor climbing a ladder into the clouds.
Weirdly, the whole film seems to be available unofficially as a YouTube playlist in 4K (and 5.1, pro-only?) - I wonder why they are allowing that?
Incredibly, despite the 42 song set (!!) covering 9 albums, she apparently also played 2 acoustic songs unique to each night! What a gal! This included the only song that I really liked and the only one that got me in the feelz (You Are In Love, audio only, below)
Interesting ... Rick Beato (+ Richard Osman)

Moz on top form ... although it takes a while for the editor to realise that Marr is also important!
Tin Machine S/T
Never listened to either of their two albums, so was pleasantly surprised at their first. Still miss Bowie.
Woah ... Moz has still got it ...
1h28, 1.7gb @ 1080p, well-shot, multi-angle, and LOUD!
