Laithwaites have a set of 4 x mini bottles (187ml) for £5, and you can order 3 (red/white/mixed) for £15 delivered (£1.25/bottle).
(Strictly speaking, it's a Vodaphone offer).

I'm no expert, but can recommend the rosé at LIDL and ALDI - very drinkable, and starting at only £2.99 for the low alcohol 5-6%. Perfect for hot summer BBQ.
Some time back I bought a Californian rosé (13%) that was excellent, and under a fiver.
