Hey, that's a Blue Sea Dragon! ? We had a 'bloom' of these here in the Maldives a few months ago - I'd never heard of them till then, so pretty rare.

I never saw any irl, only photos - they are only a couple of cm long. Weirdly, they coincided with beach biofluorescence too, so a real treat for the resort guests during this period!
