HotD looks like a comedy now.

Returns on 16 June ... lets hope it's better than S1 !

I'll watch this one; easily looks better than Amazon's pseudo-Tolkien. Much better cast too.

Anyone watched this yet ? I'm 2 eps in, and just not feeling it ... worth sticking around? Or FF thru ?

I'm just not finding the dialogue or characters interesting at all, although I'm obviously still missing the original cast.

I have it ready to watch, just haven't got round to it yet. I'll probably have to rewatch S1 first since I've forgotten just about everything that happened in it.

Not sure when we'll get to watch it. I enjoyed S1 but the missus found it dull. From what I hear, she's likely to find S2 even duller.

I've given up trying to work out who everyone is - it is so dull I just don't care. 

Although episode 4 has finally got some action.

Finally finished this. The 2 dragon set pieces are incredible spectacles, although the first is illogical for dramatic effect, and the second is marred somewhat by the goofy character.

I did find myself FF-ing a bit through some of the minor characters that were way too drawn out, but I did get into it more for the final 3 eps or so. [*]

I really wish they wouldn't show the PG-13 nude scenes that only remind you of how good the original GoT was - either show it, or chop it. And then they have the cheek to throw in that fake fellatio shot!

In fact, the violence is toned down a lot too, almost as if there's 1 torture scene and several character deaths on the cutting room floor.
