There's a complete list over on Wikipedi - List of Star Wars television series

The Mandalorian - I really enjoyed both series, although it did start to get a bit episodic and repetitive, but managed to pull itself back. The atmosphere and effects are excellent, and very Star Warsy. The 'making-of' series is well worth a look as it explains the new filming tech (the music ep is v.good too). Scrapes a rare 9/10 from me.

Boba Fett - the reviews for this weren't as good, so my expectations were lowered, but I personally enjoyed it just as much as Mando (atmosphere & style are the same). If anything, it's a bit more grown-up in parts (violence and tone) which can only be a good thing. A solid 8/10.

Obi Wan - after Fett and 2 x Mando, this was disappointing - I guess it was made by a different team, or at the very least they set out to emulate the atmosphere of the prequels (which they somewhat achieved, but that's a negative!) Thankfully it's a single series. Some good bits, but overall 6/10.

Andor - due 21 September, as a prequel to the Rogue One film, so it will be interesting to see how this turns out (confidence is high, as they are starting on S2).

Ahsoka (2023) - single series (shame!) set around Mando, so my hopes are high (and Rosario Dawson is excellent).

Skeleton Crew (2023) - starring Jude Law, and set after ROTJ. (Weird using a Stephen King name).

The Acolyte (Aug 2023) - set 100 years before SW Ep 1.

Lando (2023-4) - single series about Lando Calrissian.

I enjoyed Mando and Boba Fett. Obi Wan was ok, but he was made to be a bit too foolish and had to rely on Leia to help him a bit too much (and it was really

Spoiler
Reva's redemption story
) more than anything about Obi Wan looking after Luke. Also some very odd goings on (why does Bail Organa, head of the planet Alderaan need Obi Wan to go after Leia, can't he get anyone else? And why did Obi Wan have to switch off that security gate on the road when he could clearly have just walked round it??).

Not sure about Andor as his character didn't grab me in Rogue One, and we know what happens to him in a not too short space of time.

Ahsoka I'm hoping for good things, maybe with a Rebels tie-in.

I'll probably give the rest a look too, just hope they don't go too far down the female empowerment path and concentrate more on telling a good story, female or male led.

Andor is getting some good initial reviews (for the first 3 eps) - with a more grownup tone (13+).
This season has 12 eps, with another 12 greenlit.

Atlantic: Andor Is Star Wars at Its Most Mature - The new series leans less on lightsaber showdowns and more on the messier interactions between good and evil.

Guardian: Andor – the best Star Wars show since The Mandalorian - (by the 3rd episode) Andor finally becomes the gritty, kinetic spy thriller it has been billed as, after a surfeit of thoughtful world-building. Thankfully, somebody at Disney+ has their head screwed on, because Andor has debuted with a triple bill. Make it through that opening marathon and you have what’s shaping up to be the best Star Wars show since The Mandalorian.

I thought the first three episodes were great. I see why they released three though as the first two were mainly setting things up.

IIRC it was intended as a movie, but after Han Solo bombed they decided to expand it into a TV series. The Han Solo film wasn't actually that bad, it was badly reviewed by fans as a response to Rian Johnson's misjudged effort.

We finally finished ANDOR and really enjoyed it. ? A solid 8/10

At times it didn't feel like Star Wars, as it's so much more 'grown up' than Mandalorian (although not as much fun). There are lengthy discussions, workplace politics, financial deals, and a widespread set of (sometimes quirky) characters each with their own motivations. It's not 'mature' in a violent way, but is certainly more bleak than uplifting (similar to Rogue One).

Some of the scenes didn't really work, and other scenes (and ideas) should have been trimmed down, but it maintains your interest with some clever ideas, and seems to actively try to subvert your expectations with some of the events. Whereas Mandalorian pretty much follows a set pattern and unfolds in a predictable fun way, you don't necessarily know where Andor is going or how it might get there.

Having said that, it's certainly not a snooze-fest, with several very cool action scenes that you wish were longer. Speaking of which, be sure to catch the after-credits scene at the end of the final episode ...

4 episodes left on Andor for us. Really enjoying it. Also enjoying The Bad Batch. Will probably leave Mando for a bit until more episodes have been released, then binge it.
