We watched this last night - quite good and unfolds nicely, just a bit too long at almost 3 hours. Weirdly, I don't remember this happening at the time (2011-2014), despite following tech news quite avidly (I thought).

Slick Netflix-style doc from the BBC, as recommended by Robert Llewellyn on twitter!

Again a bit too long, but interesting/infuriating in equal measure.

Have just been catching up on some US series:

Moon Knight (entertaining)

Only Murders in the Building S1 (started slow, but good fun)

The Flash (why do I keep bothering with this?)

and currently half way through Peacemaker (great fun).

Yes, Peacemaker was great fun. ?

I thought Moon Knight was quite good, when it could easily have been excellent.

Only Murders - quite enjoyed this, but won't be bothering with S2.

Stranger Things S4 - finished this last night with the superlong 2h20 final episode. Fabulous stuff, very entertaining, very well made. Weaving the different story strands was expertly done.
If you ditched this show early on, I'd recommend revisiting as it gets much better and darker too. Some good fights and excellent effects, and several superb scenes. Still manages to evoke the excitement and atmosphere of those VHS days in the 1980s - how the hell do they do this?? And consistenly manages to be on the right side of cheesey ...

Spoiler
and as for that ...
? helicopter downing, by 11 ...
... wow! ? ? ?

Watched the start of The Boys S3 - I'd heard they were pushing boundaries, but I didn't expect that !

Even following the 'story so far' splatter recap, the first 15 mins of ep1 still stands out as the most outrageously ott scene ever ! ??

Stranger Things and Sandman were brilliant.

Peacemaker was excellent. One of my favourite new shows this year.

Paper Girls I'm currently half way through and enjoying it immensely.

Only Murders in the Building season 1 and season 2 have both been great.

Picard S1 gets worse as it goes along, and I've not even had the inclination to watch S2. Strange New Worlds is ok from the first 2 I've seen so far. We canned Discovery. Real Star Trek is The Orville these days.

I don't think it does re. Picard S1, we are upto about Ep 7 and the quality seems consistent so far to me.
