If you have embedded content from socials on your website, check how things are looking, cos Meta recently changed their oEmbeds .

Top marks to SmashBalloon for making this as painless as possible. ?

Have you ditched MS Office (365) to fall back on the free alternatives ?

Or do you want a fresh install, to remove all remnants of previous (failed) Office installs ?

Anyone looking after WP webites - something weird is happening with my sites.

For some reason, after years of working OK, I am having to re-register my premium plugins - simple enough, just deactivate (remove serial), save, re-enter, save. Then the plugins should be available for updates like normal again.

This has happened on 2 different sites with different plugins, but are both from ENVATO (rather than the dev directly).

Had a quick google, and can't find anything relevant (in fact, both the google and bing search results were terrible for this!)

I am still getting annoyed by windows after all these years, and I'm patiently waiting till I can once again move my task bar to the left hand side, like I had it for a decade or more (to give the screen more height, as it's already plenty wide enough).

The latest frustration ... my sys tray calendar decided to turn Chinese !

I'd forgotten that Win11's taskbar was centred. I bought Start11 ages ago so it's been like "normal" windows for me:

I think driver8 means having the whole bar vertically on the left. It's just a setting to change it from centred to left aligned.

Yes, running down the left hand side of the screen ... makes so much more sense to me.

You used to be able to right-click unlock, then just drag it to the left, and it would 'dock' into place. Right-click lock, sorted. For ever. Till Win11.

Ages ago there was a registry hack, but iirc it wasn't 100% solid, and you'd need to re-apply after each Win update.

The other annoying thing is not having the day-of-the-week in the systray clock ... I have a workaround app ('ElevenClock') but it's very buggy.

In that case, StartAllBack seems to fit the picture:
