A work colleague told me that her boyfriend had said this, after the news that a British Asian guy had won a million on the National Lottery. Such a strange and surprising thing to volunteer out of the blue, during the daily watercooler chat.
She was obviously a little unsure about what he'd said, and was somehow seeking validation for his views. I expressed my surprise, but didn't want to get into a fight in the middle of the office.

Perhaps the person referenced was not a rascist, although he certainly appeared to be racist.

I swear that I'm worse at spelling now, than I was when I was 10 ! ?♂️ I think mainly cos I read so many typos and spelling errors online.
