I went for a CT scan this week and as I'm under 55 they do an extra assessment - as a bloke I never really expected to have to do a pregnancy assessment. Nurse was doing her best to keep a straight face - had to sign a form to say assessment had been done and I didn't think I was pregnant.
hehe ... good news ... I think!
Bit weird they can't just ask outright if you have a uterus or not, though.
I can recommend a book called: “The Authority Gap”, that seems aposite (not trans related, though).
I'm unable to find an 'official' source for this (other than twitter and one youtube video) but interesting nonetheless.

Here's an interesting new article that seems to have missed the major news outlets:
Canadian Powerlifting Group Reaffirms Policy Allowing Men to Compete as Women (yahoo.com)
"In March, male Canadian powerlifting coach Avi Silverberg broke the Alberta women’s bench-press record to make a point about the lunacy of the CPU’s extremely lenient trans-inclusion policy. Silverberg, who does not identify as transgender, defeated Andres and others in the 84+ kg female category at the CPU’s “Heroes Classic.”
The previous winner was a trans athlete, so this guy identifies as a woman so he can take part and smashes the previous record.
I did see that on twitter just a couple of days ago, and yes, he successfuly argued how daft the policy is!
With a lot of these a level of sense needs to be added but in many cases no one dares - did see a thing from Megan Rapinoe saying trans should be allowed in all womens sports (good to say when you've got the money and are getting out) - but what would happen (especially in USA where the team is well paid) if a decent young mens team (University - or sunday league / pub) all said we are now women and want to be the national team.
Sort of thing that started as a drunken idea - if we..... and then make 200k a year and become world champions.
I've not really followed the G.Lineham controversy, but do know he's hated by the trans community. Looking now through his twitter feed - @gLinner - I can see the issue - he's courting controversy in the same simplistic binary way (this time, conflating Hamas with Palestinian people).
Anyway, this is a good article that explains everything ...
You are less likely to regret transitioning than having LASIK, prostate cancer surgery, knee replacement surgery, getting a tattoo, or ... having children.
